Native to North America and Canada Witch hazel grows in Woodland-forest edges and along stream banks. Bark and twigs are collected in autumn when the plant is most aromatic, essential oil is extracted with steam. Native American tribes widely used witch hazel for its astringent, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, homeostatic and soothing effects. Caprylic Capric Triglyceride
Medium-chain triglycerides in fractionated coconut oil dilute essential oils making them safe for topical use and provide non-oily moisturisation for the skin. Fractionated coconut oil is an emollient, hydrating skin without clogging pores, and it assists repairing dry skin by forming a light protective barrier. to discard Witch Hazel-14% alcohol that is primed in tubing for sterility
